Amanda Bynes is more popularly known as the young host of the kiddie show, "The Amanda Program", aired over the Nickelodeon channel. Before that, she was among the cast of two other Nickelodeon shows, namely, "All That" and "Figure It Out". Amanda then used the success she gained at Nickelodeon as her passport in launching a movie career, making her debut as a star in 2002 via the movie, "Big Fat Liar". A year later, she was cast as the main character in "What A Girl Wants" which paired her with Oliver James. This was followed by two kid-oriented films where she lent her voice to the main players, specifically in "Charlotte's Web 2: Wilbur's Great Adventure" released later that year, and in "Robots" which was shown in 2005. Amanda recently appeared in the comedy film, "She's the Man", released last year. By fall of this year, fans can expect to see more of her funny side when "Sydney White" gets shown.
